Should or should not the minimum dose be allowed in Colombia? 


 INTRODUCTION. Thesis: President Ivan Duque signed the decree that allows police to
confiscate drugs from consumers. The decree is going to be useful or not? PARAGRAPH 1. The decree is not going to be useful because it goes against the constitution. SUPPORTING IDEA This decree attack personal freedom PARAGRAPH 2. A person does not stop using drugs by a decree SUPPORTING IDEA A person stop using drugs by knowing that, drugs can be dangerous. PARAGRAPH 3. The decree will bring more problems than normal SUPPORTING IDEA. It is going to bring exclusion problems instead of inclusion. PARAGRAPH 4. A big business. SUPPORTING IDEA. Increase the price, making this business more profitable PARAGRAPH 5. A decree does not prevent a person from buying drugs SUPPORTING IDEA. People are going to search other ways to get it. PARAGRAPH 6. * The decree is stereotyping people SUPPORTING IDEA. * The decree said that it wants to target drugs dealers, at the moment
of implement this decree, what we can infer
is that everyone who consume the minimum dose, is a drug dealer PARAGRAPH 7. Police corruption SUPPORTING IDEA. policemen ask for money, in order not to impose a fine PARAGRAPH 8. The decree is not made for everyone. SUPPORTING IDEA. This decree forgot about the indigenous people and there are
government abuse to them. CONCLUSION. The dilemma is not in the consumption, the problem is in the lack of education and
the lack of information about the good use. There are drugs most harmful than marijuana that are permitted.

LECTURE OF STEPHEN BROOKFIELD ON CRITICAL AND CREATIVE THINKING

According to Stephen Brookfield, he explains how the professors can change the students' minds. Many students are focusing on only superficial knowledge. But they are not taking the challenge to go deeper to analyze, explore and investigate alternative perspectives. As a result, educators have to use strategies, methods, etc, to expose students to make an effort to think with critical thinking. When a student puts in practice these strategies to think with criteria, they develop good arguments. For that, it is necessary to know the difference between analogical, inferential, induction and deduction and how it can use.  If the student has creative thinking, it has to be open-minded. The purpose is that you have to be in constant renovation with knowledge. Based on that, it is possible to draw hypotheses, ideas, mental frameworks and have experienced.
